We want you and your dog to love your hat. If you are not happy, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Because hats are worn by pets, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged. If your item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
